YESS Tutoring is an educational start-up that offers a unique tutoring experience based on games and play. It was an honor to build the visual identity and website for a company that is helping to revolutionize the way we use games to teach, inspire and motivate.
Creating the visual identity for an entirely new type of service is a great challenge. For YESS Tutoring we chose lively colors and engaging imagery, with nods to the world of fantasy role-playing and computer games, to give the site a fresh, fun visual identity. In addition, by presenting traditional photography of tutors and students engaged in learning, along with detailed explanations of the program’s methods and goals, the site offers potential customers a familiar vision of academics, increasing their sense of comfort in trying something new.
